Poetry

This half term in guided reading, we have been focussing on texts with a theme of football. This week, we have been looking at a poem called 'The Goalie with Expanding Hands'. Within the lessons, children looked at key vocabulary within the text and answered retrieval and inference questions. Each day, the children have read the poem and today, we have performed them.
