The last couple of weeks, year 3 have been preparing their craft for the Christmas Fair. For this, we created our own baubles and today we decorated gingerbread biscuits. The children have really enjoyed this and our crafts proved popular as our stall completely sold out. Thank you to everyone who bought from our stall. For our DT project, we are looking at freestanding structures with a focus on photo frames. During previous lessons, we have looked at how we can strengthen paper and make stands in different ways in order for it to stand without support. Last week, the children made prototypes before they plan their final frame. Have a look below to see our prototypes.
