We have had a fantastic day today at Weston Park Museum.  We took part in the Egyptian Day and took part a wide range of activities and learnt lots of new and exciting things.  We loved making our own versions of the gods that were found inside Ancient Egyptian tombs and finding out about the mummification process and even did an experiment with tomatoes to see how the process works!  

In our Guided Reading lesson today, we made a Conscience Alley and took on the role of the Iron Man from our novel.  We thought about whether or not he should help against the dragon.  We came up with some fantastic ideas and thought very carefully about how he might feel.
