Art- Seaside landscapes

This week we have completed our seaside paintings based on the Artist 'Pierre Auguste Renoir'. This Artwork has took weeks of hard work and concentration! First the children had to cut out their seaside shapes which was very tricky as many of them were very delicate. Then, they created a seaside landscape and mixed the paint with white to create different tones. Once year 2 had created their excellent landscapes they coloured in their pictures, positioned them and then used different materials to create a border around their work.
