First Day

What a busy first day we have had!!!! I hope your children will be happy to tell you all about it but just in case here's a quick summary of some of the things we have been doing. 
We have learnt a poem, learnt to recognise and write the sound 'm'. we have listened to two stories - one of the stories will be the focus for our learning  next week - it is called 'Owl Babies', we played inside and outside - learning to play with all the resources and equipment and we have had lunch (this might have been the best bit for some...). What a fantastic start!
