Lines of Symmetry

Year 6 are working so hard in school in preparation for their SATs. The children asked to revise symmetry as part of maths to deepen and strengthen their understanding. As an additional, creative lesson, we decided to explore symmetry in nature. Here are some examples of the work produced in our maths/art lesson this afternoon.
