Practical Maths

This week in maths, we have been looking at recognising and making equal groups. We first focussed on the vocabulary equal, unequal and group. We then discussed what we could do to ensure that all the groups were equal. As a class, we then used a range of resources to create a range of equal groups. I was so impressed with how the children used all the resources to make their groups in different ways. Have a look below to see some examples of our work.
