Today in computing we learnt about our digital 5 a day! 5 things we should try to include to make accessing technology balanced and healthy. The digital 5 a day includes connect, be active, get creative, give to others and be mindful.
We used the ipads and class smart board to practice all of these. First we got active and did an exercise video on the smart board. Next we connected and took pictures of each other, we then got creative on a drawing app and made some art, next we gave to others by recording our voices and last we talked about being mindful about how much screen time is a good amount.
