A massive well done to all of the children below that attended the basketball Barnsley finals today. They did incredibly well and played 4 games, winning 3 and losing one. This has meant that they have finished top of the group and will be progressing to the South Yorkshire Finals (normally held in Sheffield at the EIS). Our children love basketball at Kexborough and all of the hard work that they have put in during break time and dinner time really does show. Well done to everyone!

Today, we went to our first swimming lesson! We were all assessed to see how confident we were and what our current ability levels are. We have been put into 2 groups and from next week, we will look at exactly what we need to improve on to reach the end of KS2 goal for swimming. All of the children are really excited and loved their first lesson.
