Today, we began our exciting soup-making food technology project. For our first lesson, we explored different types of soup through a tasting activity. We sampled tomato, minestrone and vegetable soup, carefully examining their appearance and smell before describing their taste and texture. The children were enthusiastic about the experience, with some trying these flavours for the first time—and really enjoying them! It was a fantastic lesson, and the children are now looking forward to creating their own soups in the near future. Comments are closed.
