Mr Potato's road safety!

Writing: 
This week we have be reading the story Little Red Riding Hood and using in to inspire our writing. We have been trying to re-write parts of the story in our own words. We have been including words with the prefix un- in our sentences, its been tricky to learn this new spelling rule but we're going to practice it a lot! 

Math's: 
We have been learning different ways to represent numbers to 10 using visual representations and numerals. We've also been practicing making connections between different representation but still understanding that they show the same amount. 

Visitor:
Today we had a special visitor to teach us all about being safe when crossing or near the road. He showed us Mr Potato head and how all of his body parts help to keep him safe near the road and when crossing. We all got to colour a Mr Potato head in after too!
