Getting creative!

Writing 
This week we have be reading the story How the Grinch Stole Christmas. We loved the story and enjoyed spotting parts that were different to the movie. In our writing this week we are all pretending to be Cindy and are building up to writing a letter to the Grinch to tell him how we feel about what he's done. 
Maths 
This week we have been learning about shape. We have used pattern blocks to make different pictures. We also used blocks to make a radiating pattern, they turned out beautiful and were worth all the hard work. 
Wider curriculum 
Our clay Christmas decorations are finally set and now its time to paint them...and add a bit of glitter of course, look how amazing they turned out!
