This week we have read a story about a puffin called Peter who loses his best friend Paul in a storm. A whale helps Peter find his friend again. We have been drawing comparisons between this story and 'The Snail and the Whale' and 'Monkey Puzzle.' Today, some children wrote thank-you messages to the whale for being a kind friend.
