Dinosaurs!

This week we have been reading a new focus text 'The girl and the dinosaur'. This has led to some fantastic dinosaur creative play. In the story, a girl finds dinosaur bones on the beach so we have used resources to make dinosaur skeletons. We have also been archaeologists in the sand  finding bones, building piers in construction and creating magical island collages. The children's level of focus and creativity has been huge - just like dinosaurs themselves.
